What volume of grain crops is planned to be processed this year

Today, deep processing of grain is a very promising area in agriculture. Such processing products of grain crops as flour, groats, fodder, starch, gluten, etc. are produced and exported in Kazakhstan.

The state, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, supports the development of this sector by providing subsidies and attracting foreign investments. As the increase in the volume of deep processing of grain crops has a positive effect on the economy as a whole, since it is twice as profitable to sell deeply processed products than raw materials.

Aizhan Zhumabekova, Expert of the Department of Production and Processing of Plant Products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, spoke about it in detail in an interview with the World of NAN portal.
