More than 30 AIC projects to be launched in East-Kazakhstan region

The Minister of Agriculture Yerbol Karashukeyev paid a working visit to East Kazakhstan region. There he got acquainted with the activities of LLP "Experimental farm oilseed crops" and the farm "Luch", reports World of NAN.

According to the Minister, 34 investment projects in the agricultural sector are planned to be implemented in East Kazakhstan region in 2022-2024, as well as the installation of engineering and communication infrastructure for their implementation.

"More than 310 billion tenge of subsidies are envisaged to support the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan this year, including about 80 billion tenge for crop production, 100 billion tenge for livestock production, 8.4 billion tenge for processing of agricultural products and 120.4 billion tenge for financial instruments", - the Minister added.

In addition, it should be noted that in order to maintain the sustainability of the domestic agro-industrial complex allocated additional 298.1 billion tenge to finance the subjects of agribusiness, of which for subsidizing the industry alone more than 139 billion tenge will be allocated.
