In 2024, the region plans to launch twenty agricultural projects, most of which are aimed at vegetable production, reports World of NAN.
Thus, in Ekibastuz, two vegetable storages of 3000 tons will be opened at once. Korn Agro LLP will set up an irrigation system on 300 hectares to grow potatoes.
In Aksu, two vegetable storages for 10 and 20 thousand tons will be put into operation. And Kronos-Pavlodar LLP will build a dairy farm for 1200 heads for 10.3 billion tenge.
In Aktogai district they will build a granary with a mechanized current and a grain dryer for 9 thousand tons. Also, farmers will set up an irrigation system on an area of 746 hectares for growing potatoes.
Only one project will be launched in Zhelezinski district. Zhumabek Agro LLP will establish an irrigation system for fodder on the area of 841 hectares.
In Irtysh district vegetable growers will establish an irrigation system for potato cultivation on 3500 and 536 hectares. In Tereenkol district, farmers will expand the irrigation system on 92 hectares.
In Akkula district, a small feedlot for 200 cattle will be opened. And the project is estimated at 300 million tenge.
In Mayskiy district, two irrigated plots for 1,200 and 4,500 hectares will be launched. Farmers plan to grow potatoes, fodder and grain crops. Mai Agro-M LLP will also build a vegetable storage for 8,500 tons.
In Pavlodar region a poultry house for turkey breeding will be built for 400 mln tenge. In addition, they will launch a dairy farm for 7 billion tenge for 1200 heads. They will build a vegetable storage for 10000 tons and reconstruct the irrigation system on 420 hectares for corn.
In Uspenskiy district, an irrigated area of 553 hectares will be built to grow corn for silage. Also in September a dairy farm for 500 heads will be commissioned.
