What agricultural projects will be launched in East Kazakhstan Region in 2024?

East Kazakhstan region is characterized by high yields and diversity. Eleven projects are planned to be launched in the region this year, reports World of NAN.

The most expensive project worth 17.5 billion tenge will be launched in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. ALTAI MAI LLP plans to establish processing of oilseeds with an annual capacity of 50 thousand tons.

In the village of Samarskoye farm "Mambet" will open a shop for fodder pelletizing. Capacity of 500 tons per year, investments - 120 million tenge.

In Zevakino village a farmer from "NurAgroRain" LLP will establish irrigation on the area of 950 hectares. More than 2.5 billion tenge will be invested for this purpose.

Agrocomplex Donskoye LLP is planning to establish production of vegetables in closed ground in Ulansky district for 500 mln tenge.

In Zaisan district QABYL-AGRO LLP will establish production of national food products for 120 mln tenge.

Grain storage for 6,000 tons will be put into operation by Bagration VAV LLP. The project is planned to be launched in Ulan district for 155 mln tenge.

In Kurchum district farm "Ulan" will establish irrigation on an area of 260 hectares, which will require investments of 54 million tenge.

Also four projects on dairy cattle breeding will be launched in the region, with a total capacity of 31 thousand tons per year.
