The largest service center for agricultural equipment was opened in Akmola region

Today, the Swiss company Eurasia Group has opened the largest service center for the sale and service of agricultural equipment in the CIS in Akmola region, World of NAN reports.

The opening ceremony of the said center was attended by Yermek Marzhikpayev, Akim of Akmola region, Aidarbek Saparov, First Vice-Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Dr. Tilo Klinner, Ambassador of Germany, the management of Eurasia Group Kazakhstan LLP and major domestic farmers.

The First Vice-Minister of Agriculture gave a welcoming speech to the participants of the event and noted that the opening of this service center will contribute to realization of the task set by the President of the country on development of agro-industrial complex in Kazakhstan.

"We highly appreciate the investment of "Eurasia Group Kazakhstan" including the construction of this center in Kokshetau. Today the Ministry has a task to increase productivity in the agro-industrial complex within 5 years. For this purpose, first of all it is necessary to provide farmers with quality and high-tech equipment. I hope that opening of this service center will enable us to achieve these goals," Aidarbek Saparov said in his speech.

The ambassador from Germany supported the representative of the ministry in saying that good agricultural equipment is necessary for the development of the agro-industrial complex. According to him, Kazakhstan is not only about oil and gas, it is a huge country, which has limitless potential in agriculture. As such, today Kazakhstan has to diversify its economy in the direction of the agro-industrial complex development, and opening a new service center, perhaps made a significant contribution in this.

The new service center is equipped with the state-of-the-art technology. Its area is spread over 10 hectares. It allows the complex to contain the largest warehouse of agricultural equipment and spare parts, an overhaul works center for machinery, a training center for digitalization and the showrooms.

Petr Sitnikov, chief service engineer of Eurasia Group Kazakhstan LLP, stated that the company has been providing services in the Kazakhstan market for a long time and that he sees great potential in it.

"The service center was created for the purpose of long-term support of domestic agrarians. Our customers can be sure that they will not be left without a service and spare parts in the future. The increased space allows us to accommodate a larger portion of our customers, so farmers won't have to wait for service. In addition, the new service center will enable us to expand our engineering staff, which is the largest in Kazakhstan. No one else in the country has such an engineering base," Petr Sitnikov said about the advantages of the service center.

Indeed, over the years of operation in Kazakhstan, the company has supplied more than 12,000 units of agricultural machinery to farmers, and opened 14 regional offices and 14 warehouses.

Farmers in Kazakhstan actively use the company's services and appreciate the opening of the outlet.

Atlan Dokayev, head of PZ Balkashinskiy LLP, is very happy about the opening of the service center.

"This is a big breakthrough for us farmers. In our farms, equipment always breaks down, and because of broken equipment there can be downtime, which is devastating for farmers. Therefore, we need a service center, where there will be a high technical culture, speed and availability of services, "- expressed his opinion, Atlan Dokayev.

In Kazakhstan, there is a program under which the country is to increase production of agro-industrial sector by 2.5 times in 5 years. Opening of the service center can improve the level of service to farmers and will contribute to the promotion of innovation and development of the agricultural sector of the country.
