The Ministry of Agriculture plans to increase the amount of microcredits up to 8 thousand MCI for those villagers who pay debts on time and are ready to participate again in the "Auyl Amanaty" program. The representative of the Ministry of Agriculture made this announcement at the meeting with the participants of the program, reports World of NAN.
Entrepreneurs who started their business in Zhambyl region under the program on increasing incomes of rural population were visited by representatives of regional Departments of Agriculture and SEC. The region was the first to start implementing the program and already has a portfolio of successful business projects. Since 2019, more than 3.9 thousand entrepreneurs in rural districts of the region received soft loans. The lending conditions are the most favorable: rural residents can get a loan of up to 2.5 thousand (up to 8 thousand for cooperatives) MCIs at 2.5% per annum, for up to 5 years, and for livestock up to 7 years.
A prime example of program implementation is the experience of an entrepreneur from Zhualy district. A villager received a microcredit of 5 million tenge and bought 12 cows and fodder. Later he increased his herd by another 8 cows. Each day, animals give about 180 liters of milk, which the man sells to local dairies. Such as the company "Mai co". Their products are in demand not only in Zhambyl Region, but also in other regions of the country. The entrepreneurs started their business with a pilot project to increase the income of the rural population. They received a microcredit of 15 million tenge and today they produce natural cheese, butter, kurt, brynza and yogurt.
Members of the "Zhualy 2020" cooperative shared their successful experience in agricultural cooperation. It was established by three members, and today it includes 104 farms and individual entrepreneurs. Under the 4th direction of the program, they were allocated funds for the purchase of machinery. Now the cooperative helps its members during the sowing and harvesting seasons and provides fodder.
"Auyl Amanaty" allows the villagers to take loans not only for the development of agriculture, but also for other areas.
