Are the oligarchs worried? The petition to cancel the recycling fee has received 45 thousand signatures

If the petition reaches 50 thousand signatures, the Ministry of Industry will have to consider cancellation or reducing tariffs for recycling and primary collection, World of NAN reports. 

Recall that the state has already canceled subsidies for imported agricultural machinery. Such a decision will undoubtedly lead to an even greater increase in the cost of “domestic-made” equipment. And imported equipment is expensive precisely because of barriers in the form of fees. 
“Let’s take a tractor with 260 horsepower; in China it costs 17.5 million tenge. Delivery to Kazakhstan will be 2.2 million, customs duties 990 thousand tenge, and disposal fee 4.6 million tenge. This is, of course, a great stupidity of such a gathering,” public figure Sanzhar Bokayev noted in his video.
