With diploma to the village: the amount of budget credit will increase from 2024

Starting from 2024, the budget credit for specialists arriving in district centers will increase to 2,500 MCI or (9.2 million tenge), for rural areas will increase to 2,000 MCI - 7.3 million tenge, World of NAN reports with reference to the Ministry of National Economy.

In order to increase human resources potential in rural areas, the ministry is implementing the project "With a Diploma to the Village". Specialists in the following spheres can participate in the program: health care, education, social security, culture, sports, agro-industrial complex, civil servants of akims' offices of villages, settlements and rural districts.

The budget loan for housing is given for 15 years with the interest rate of 0.01% per annum of the loan amount. It is also provided for payment of a one-time lifting allowance in the amount of 100 MCI (345 thousand tenge). In 2023, 18.6 billion tenge is provided for the purchase of housing for 3.6 thousand specialists. Otbasy Bank has been appointed as the project operator.
