Will Prodkorporatsiya eliminate the requirement for mycotoxins?

The Association of Agricultural Producers of Kostanai region noted that the requirement to test grain for mycotoxins is an additional cost. It was therefore proposed to exclude this clause from the rules of the Prodkorporatsiya, reports World of NAN with reference to the NCE.

"In the technical requirements of GOST for the 4th class of grain, the indicator of grain impurity of 5% is prescribed only for baking and pasta flour. And for wheat, mixed fodder and alcohol it is set at 15%. We ask to increase the indicator of grain admixture up to 15 in the requirements of Prodkorporatsiya to the purchase of grain of 4 class, - suggested the representative of the Association Svetlana Mikhailenko.

The point is that the price for the 4th class is reasonable - 90 thousand tenge, but the requirements specify grain admixture of 7%. And if it is 15%, the price is only 70 thousand tenge. In the current circumstances, farmers need finances, and this clause does not help in earning money. It is also proposed to make changes to the requirements for the 5th class. As there are no required norms in GOST.

"Today we have the following situation that Prodkorporatsiya works as it is convenient for it to sell, and elevators as it is convenient for them to accept and process. But what about the farmer? Chemical sellers are already suing them in court for non-payment of debts," added Svetlana Mikhailenko.

Farmers also pointed out that the requirement for germinated grain should be removed or increased. Since at the time of delivery to the elevator the grain had one indicator, a month or two later it has a different one. If the documents show 50 germinated grains, in fact they will be 90 or more.
