Trimble Technologies at AgriTek FarmTek-Astana in Nur-Sultan

Trimble and its official dealer in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Navistar Asia, presented the latest developments in precision agriculture at the AgriTek FarmTek-Astana agricultural exhibition in Nur-Sultan. 

Already from the first day of the exhibition, visitors showed keen interest in the company's products for tillage and seeding. The well-proven EZ-Pilot Pro and Autopilot guidance systems, the TruGuide, TrueTracker and NextSwath implement guidance and automation systems. They enable automatic control of trailed and hitched implements on fields with difficult shape and terrain under different soil conditions and limited visibility.

In addition to conventional steering and autopilot solutions, visitors can also experience the functionality of the Connected Farm cloud-based ecosystem. It integrates all Trimble products to optimize and automate the life cycle of agricultural production.  

"This ecosystem allows you to interact with the combined data in real time 24 hours a day. Connected Farm simplifies operations by automatically synchronizing field data, navigation lines and information from all vehicle displays. The system provides information on the amount of work done in the field and the rate of fertilizer consumption at differentiated or continuous application in each point of the field," said Yevgeniy Voyevutko, Head of Sales Department of the company at the exhibition.

According to the expert, data synchronization is provided by AutoSync function. It automatically transmits information over the Internet to all connected devices, including tablets and smartphones. The AutoSync function eliminates the need to exchange information manually, minimizing errors and repeated data entry. 

You can also check out the Field-IQ controller and the ISOBUS-based weather station at the Navistar Asia booth. The controller normalizes power consumption, unifies connectors and cables and extends the functionality of the technology. A distinctive feature is that the control system can be used with sprayers as well as with dry or liquid fertilizer units. Field-IQ allows section and rate control, prescription map operation and application mapping. The weather station with built-in GPS module and three-axis solid-state compass provides information on instant weather changes, wind speed and direction, and displays temperature values.
